Recently we have been getting reports of people not being able to access our website and getting a white screen mentioning “Jetpack”. This issue was caused by a conflict between the CDN (Content Delivery Network) we were using and the firewall provider that we utilize to protect our website and the sensitive data contained within. We have stopped using the CDN provider to keep this from happening in the future.

We want to assure everyone that there was no data compromised and that the problem has been corrected. This error was not visible to our website administrators who are usually logged in to the inner control functions of the site. This issue only affected public viewing access.
